Job Description

  • Responsible for driving the planning and execution of cross-channel, integrated marketing strategies and program plans to support company efforts that drive engagement and deliver business objectives
  • Lead coordination of launch plans that bring our products to market globally in a brand-forward and consumer-centric manner
  • Ensure every channel & vehicle is executing the launch strategy you have helped to craft cross-functionally, with consistency of messaging and creative execution across channels
  • Partner with project manager to plan, launch and manage cross-channel campaigns, playing both strategic and executional role
  • Partner with functional marketing teams (social, influencers, PR, growth, retail, etc) to develop fully integrated plans that drive to KPIs
  • Brief creative team members on execution, timeline & deliverables
  • Manage marketing, advertising and communication efforts with external partners
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure we are delivering on key campaign KPIs and staying within budget
  • Drive reporting of effectiveness of campaigns and lead cross functional teams in plans to continuously measure and improve campaigns

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • A minimum of 7-8 years of related experience (brand marketing or marketing agency)
  • Previous experience with campaign strategy, planning and execution
  • Solid understanding of customer-facing marketing channels and how they work together
  • Motivated, execution-oriented high-performance individual with strong process and metrics focus and passion for learning
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, and ability to develop productive relationships and communicate up, across and down in the org structure
  • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate business processes and recommend effective solutions
  • Advanced organizational/time management skills and multitasking abilities
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple complex projects
